Your mind wasn't built for endless screens — but it can be retrained.
Tired of Wasting Another Day Online? It's Time to Reclaim Your Life.
Whether you're endlessly scrolling or buried in digital work, the result is the same — life is slipping by behind a screen. I know this because I lived it for 20 years. I went from being a computer addict escaping reality to getting out of my wheelchair, writing a book, becoming an entrepreneur, and finding love. Now, I help other men master their attention as well.
Digital Addiction — or Just Digital Overload — It's All the Same Trap.
You might not call it addiction. Maybe you're a founder drowning in Slack notifications, a developer context-switching between 47 tabs, or a creator whose "research" spirals into rabbit holes. Or maybe you know you've crossed the line — stuck in a loop of doomscrolling, binge-watching, and guilt. Either way, it feels the same.
The Morning Trap
You wake up and reach for your phone before your thoughts are even your own. You tell yourself "just five minutes," but hours disappear.
The Guilt Cycle
Every night you promise yourself tomorrow will be different. But tomorrow comes and the pattern repeats — scrolling, procrastinating, regretting.
The Fog
Your mind feels constantly clouded. Nothing excites you anymore. You're mentally exhausted but can't stop reaching for more stimulation.
You see the signs:
Wasting so much time. Hours disappear to scrolling, binging, or "just one more task" — you know you could be doing other things.
Can't focus anymore. Whether you're coding, writing, or just trying to read — you pick up your phone constantly, attention span ruined.
Procrastination taking over. Important projects postponed, deadlines missed, side hustles abandoned while you keep refreshing the same sites.
Brain fog all the time. Mentally exhausted from meetings and notifications, or from binge-watching until 3 AM — nothing feels interesting anymore.
Your body's suffering. Staying up too late "finishing work" or watching one more episode, stuck in your chair for 8+ hours, skipping meals or eating junk, even holding your pee — it's hard to stop.
Disconnected from people who matter. Too busy for friends, or too lost in feeds to show up — either way, you feel awkward around the people you care about.
It's not weakness. It's conditioning.
Your brain's reward system has been hijacked — whether by productivity theater or entertainment loops, high dopamine hits from constant stimulation crash you down, keeping you craving more.
Here's what happens if nothing changes:
The pattern doesn't just continue — it gets worse. The hours you lose turn into months. The focus you can't find becomes permanent brain fog. The relationships you're neglecting start to fade completely.
Every day lost to distraction is a day you don't get back.
That was my life for twenty years, and it nearly broke me.
I Know What It's Like to Feel Trapped Behind a Screen
Gaming Addiction
In the beginning, I was a video game addict, escaping from the pain of being in a wheelchair and getting bullied. Games were my world — a place where I could feel powerful, even if it wasn't real.

New Dreams, Same Patterns
When I finally overcame depression and started discovering who I truly was, I quit gaming and began chasing a new dream — to become a confident speaker and YouTuber who could inspire millions. I sincerely believed that's what I am here for. But I chose to procrastinate instead… My old patterns just changed shape: TV shows, anime, porn, endless "research" and learning without doing.
Even then, something inside me was waking up. Between the relapses, I started to rebuild small pieces of my life — I learned to walk with crutches, became a confident singer, and even wrote a book. Those moments gave me glimpses of who I could become, but the cycle still pulled me back. I was creating and healing, yet still addicted — trapped between progress and self-sabotage.
Professional Success, Still Trapped
Later, when I became a professional entrepreneur — running my web design business and earning a stable income — I thought I had finally outgrown the problem. But deep down, I realized I was still trapped in another loop. I worked or thought about work 24/7. I neglected my body. I avoided my fears. And I felt the same quiet ache — like my soul was crying because of all the people I wasn't helping.
On the surface, I looked successful. But inside, I felt replaceable — another IT guy stuck in the digital matrix, disconnected from the world and from my true potential.

Current Transformation
Now, I'm in the middle of another transformation — shifting from the IT world into coaching, using everything I've learned to help others escape the same trap. My control over my attention is stronger than ever, and my mission is clear:
To help men stop living behind screens and start living real lives again.
This isn't about perfection. It's about progress, awareness, and freedom — the kind that comes from mastering your attention and living in integrity with who you really are.
You can take back control — one real step at a time.
I HAD EVERY EXCUSE
- ♿Physical disability
- ⚡Chronic pain
- 💔Emotional trauma
- 🧠A "faulty" wired brain since childhood
- 😔A lack of friends, disconnected from my family
- 💼No obligation to work because of disability support
But I did it. And so can you.

So Why Haven't You Solved It Yet?
Willpower Isn't Enough
When I think back… I had a lot of motivation. I really wanted to change. Hundreds of times. The pain was strong. That deep, sick feeling of wasting my life again and again.
But unfortunately, willpower is not enough. It didn’t override years of conditioning. And I failed pretty much as soon as I started.
Blocking Apps Are Only a Band-Aid
Then I discovered Cold Turkey Blocker. Suddenly, I didn't need willpower. I experienced what normal is supposed to be, yet to me, it was like becoming a genius.
For a long time, I believed that was the answer. Partially, it was. But it made me dependent. It wasn't me in control — it was the software. When the block came off, I fell straight back. Real change means controlling your impulses yourself, not outsourcing it to an app.
You Need Focus & Direction
When you lack direction, it’s only a matter of time before you slip back into consumption. Because we all want to feel good — to do something.
That’s why it’s so important to set powerful goals and stay connected to what actually matters to you. Otherwise your mind will always find the easiest way to fill the void.
It's About Lifestyle & Identity
You can’t just unplug when your whole life is built around the screen. As you noticed from my story, it is easy to trade one addiction for another that slightly feels better.
Video games turn into TV shows. TV shows turn into YouTube “learning”. Doomscrolling turns into “research". And if you’re not careful, even your work becomes another escape – a socially acceptable addiction that still keeps you disconnected, burnt out, and wondering why you feel empty despite being “productive”.
That’s why real change isn’t just about limiting screen time, but reshaping your entire lifestyle and identity. Because if you don’t change the person behind the habit, the habit just finds a new mask to wear.
But the Biggest Mistake? Doing It Alone
I wish I could get back all those years I lost to this struggle. And I want you to do much better because time is precious.
That’s where coaching comes in.
No app, no book, no YouTube video can replace another human being who actually gets it — someone who can look at your specific patterns, keep you accountable, and guide you step by step.
It’s not about giving you generic advice — it’s about helping you see why you personally keep getting stuck and showing you how to finally break free.
What Happens When You Start Taking Back Your Attention
At first, it feels uncomfortable. Empty. You catch yourself reaching for your phone out of reflex. But then something shifts. What used to feel boredom becomes presence and freedom. Your mind clears, your purpose returns. Your focus becomes your weapon. And nothing can stop you now.

The Body You've Always Wanted
You finally have the energy and motivation to work out consistently. Your sleep becomes longer and deeper. You start rediscovering your body and actually listening to what it needs. And you'll finally build the healthy and strong physique you've always wanted.

Deep Focus and Purposeful Work
You finally have the focus and mental clarity to do deep, meaningful work consistently. You're in control of your devices and your time. You stop procrastinating on what truly matters. Your digital work gets done faster and more efficiently, leaving you more time for life offline.

You Will Feel Connected and Alive
By turning inward and becoming more present, you open up to the world around you. Conversations and spending time in nature becomes pleasant again. You will feel much more alive and confident, so it’s no wonder if you start attracting deeper relationships, even romantic ones.
